What is massage therapy?
Massage practice is a therapeutic healing relationship in which the therapist assists the client in restoring, maintaining and enhancing well being. This is done through hands-on manipulation of the body’s soft tissues to augment and restore physical function or relieve pain.
Our registered massage therapists (RMTs) relieve muscle tension and spasm through promoting healing and reducing stress. Massage therapy is very effective in reducing pain, aiding relaxation, increasing circulation and promoting recovery. Our therapists specialize in sports, pre and post-natal, work and injury related as well as relaxation massage treatments.
